I think you mean the electric flamer .. it looks like electric but has same effects as Flamer.. if i am not mistaken..

The tesla gun is a rtcw weapon, i haven t heard of it being imported to ET??
I don t even thing it was enabled in the multiplayer of rtcw. It was a fun close combat weapon where you could hit multiple enemies at once if i remember correct. It had only 1 clip with around 500 tesla in it i think, just like the flame.

He told me about it 2day, it looks like a fun weapon but if its the same as the flamer i prefer the flamer. its realistic ^^
