U re not on the ban list. So noone banned u. It has to be PB or some technical issue.

EDIT.
I forgot that at ps2 pb is off. But AFAIR u were played with same nick as u have on forum, right?

Well seems like an old one, this one matches the same IP you are using here at the forum.
