weird things happening

i joined ps1 this morning as an allied medic and after about 5 mins of playing it said i killed a team mate, with a land mine which was planted by someone not me in the allied spawn i was a medic all the time, and a few days ago the server crashed and axis where spawning in allied spawn. my gun points either to the sky or floor and fires a bullet randomly. and sometimes cg_selectedplayername keeps changing to other players names. must be No Quarter bugs

offtopic and little suggestion: warren maybe we can add something like cheat descriptions somewhere? i mean not how to use them i'm talking about, what kind of cheats exist and how u can find them out, and maybe some screens. i thought there was already something like that but couldn't find. maybe we ( you ) can add it to the F.A.Q. or somewhere else, that it can get found on a easy way
