Admin abuse of boemerang?

I was mortaring.
I had a spree of 24.
Boemerang tk me whit a knife.
He sayed learn the hard way or something.
He sayed what do you want d4rkie?
I sayed a ice cream because i was mad about my spree...
Than it was !kick >>D4rkiE<< Learn behaving...... or something!!
I call that admin abuse

de dont have screen or demo couse boem did it quickly
but badly im there and i saw everything
darkdevil first asked me in msn why the *beep* boemerang kicked him for nothing
i put in the conservation bowdown who was in spec too and boem the kicked
after long dutch discussion boem said he can do what he want
but in this things i can say its boems fault couse h tked darkdevil and i get mad too if i have 22 or 24 spree and someone tk me in purpose with knife
normal way i kick the player or if im in good day i warn him...but now in real fact boem wants to be warned in this case but unluckyly he kicked darkdevil for "behaviour"
i dislike this when someone kick a player who had a spree and say to them "have a nice day and go to the hardest way"

little funny this but ill explain...
to start darkie; you have been banned by me before...as you remember it was for spawnkilling and bad behaviour...after your sincerely told me you understand the rules, you got unbanned, but i warned you "ill be one step behind you!"
So what happend today.....darkie (we know him all as a good skilled player) wanted to get a nice spree and instead of trying it with a a gun he thought it would be fun to try it with a mortar...personaly i dont like that you are skilled, why harvest with a mortar? but oke your choice !
this will change if you are killing your teammates ! and what happends, he is killing teammates, several teammates asked you to change your aim with your mortar meanwhile you where argueing with storm exe becouse you didnt understand him eighter, so finaly i warned you to, becouse you killed me already 2 times.
After warning i got killed again becouse of your mortar....thats the moment that you are not spreeing as you should do and enough for me to knive you, again a warning for you, i think any other admin already kicked you! but oke i didnt (should have) i think you are getting the point is'nt it.....so i am thinking he is getting it; lets play, i am taking my first run and what happens i got hit by a mortar and from who ???? exactly DARKIE.......THATS ENOUGH FOR ME!!!!! i should ban you, you know better darkie but oke i kicked you...and did my story with bowdown on msn, where i should meet you to explain how and why...but you already posted on the forum...so far till now!
what are we gonna do with this well its not me to decide anymore..now its time for the other admins to give their oppinion !

i can't say much about all this things what happened, cuz i was not on the server this time, but i want to add some things.
well mortar is a weapon in the game, everybody can use that weapon , doesn't care about skill with other weapons.
i think this was a bad choice, a teamkill cuz of teamkills is never the solution. u can't gib / poison him? which level u have on the server? maybe u could also tell it just an higher admin on the server for clear the situation?
he said sorry after his teamkills or nothing like this was happened?
ye well it's hard for admins who wasn't there at the time. i want to read bowdown's part to this situation, he sure can clear this up.
u maybe have any proofs (screenshots / demos)?
ye most time it's the best way to talk just together before open a topic like now.

dont think so darkie..its not that simple..i warned you not to do it again and you did...if you think you can walk away like this then your wrong...your the first one i ever banned so dont take this to lightly...but again i let other admins decide what to do.....

My opinion is that Darkie should be punished. Sorry Dark but you have been banned before. And from the story that i just read.
1. You killed your teammates
2. You didn't STOP killing your teammates.
3. Did you even AIM after the enemy!?!?
4. Your teammates asked you to change your aim. You didn't
5. An admin warned you.
6. You still didn't stop.

Ok, fisrt of all, darkie and boem u r both did somethin bad , fisrt of all, darkie u was realy boring with ur mortar , u killed many teamates and some (me and others) told u to move or stop ur mortar but u still continu to have a big spree, to be honest for me it s just a chidlish thinko but ja it was ur choice, u can do it but not with killin half of your teamtes (for me it s a kind of team killing on purpose), in the other hand boem was wrong with tk u (no need demo i saw it) , we immediatly go on msn and i asked him why he did that and told him that it s not tolerated, after discussion with him about this he accepted that he was wrong and that he will don t do it again, for me it s damn enough, then i invited u in discussion (we were all 3 in msn and i realy thought that the incident was closed) and let u alone to resolve this gently and now i discover this topic, come on guyz grow up a bit, u can have a discussion and resolve this kind of think in private, no need to post.
I warned boem about his behaviour and he was agree (so no need to write a book about it) and i hope it will not happen again, now i will tell u somethin darkie, u have to change ur attitude too, when a admin warn u about somethin, take it seriously, or u have to handle consequences, think about it.
