Who know a jingle maker?

Iam making a Fansite with radio and i

need a jingle maker Who knows one?

And a Voice changer so i dont remember my own

a voice changer is AV VCS 3.5 or a higher version!

I use it only for TS so i dont know if it works for ur radio!
but its for free i think!

but i am sure that u find it by google! Here the full name : "AV VCS Voice Changer Software Version 3.00" (it gives higher versions!)
