I'll leave you guys 10 questions each instead of having standard introduction

Just, a quick question regarding ET: how do I set right resolution here and a perfect FOV for widescreen? Got 22' 1680x1050 flatscreen, I think I need some commands and exact FOV for it. Anyone?...

Generally, any tips for FPS and better graphics are welcomed
