You saw Ghana goalkiper how he was looking where to throw ball. He know exactly where the ball will fall and who is waiting for it there. Look on replays and eyes of goalkiper :) they just wanted to lose.

Cristiano had like 4 great and 2 let's say good opportunities for goal yesterday and scored only one :/ Plus, Germans playing 50% with USA and bah, Portugal out of WC.
Group H quite poor as always, just glad that Algeria made it to 1/8 final, not Russia :D.

Brazil's play doesn't smell like world champion. Tho the ending was exciting in some way.
Wow, Colombia is real football. They are so offensive and stuff. With that they might eliminate Brazil as well. And that great first goal.

Colombia is not bad idd, but with Brasil wont be so easy like with Uruguay. They were offensive coz they were playing against mega sux on this WC Uruguay. That was sooo funny how they managed to get promotion from group... Lucky Suarez

First half Mexico was better, but there might be penalty for Dutchies. Both teams played very defensively, weather was a killer. Ofc beautiful goal by Dos Santos. However Holland took more initiative every minute. Personally I thiught that Mexico will hold it but unfortunately they didn't keep eye on Sneijder and bah! Then Robben finally got his penalty and indeed, Huntelaar won against nerves and Ochoa. I feel sorry for Mexico, because thay played v586, tho I'm happy I didn't have to watch extra time.

Mexico was better in the first half but Holland showed they can do a lot better in a second half.
A pity for Mexico but in the end I think this was deserved, Ochoa played another great game.

Kuyt was definitly man of the match based on pure performance, 33 years old and playing leftback, rightback, right mid, striker. In this temperature, this is pure madness. What a guy and an absolute hero. Van Gaal again with great substitutes.

What really annoys me is how South-American teams keep whining to the referee's about cards. Alexis Sanchez showed against NL and Brasil unsportive behavior with asking about cards, so did some Mexicans. Also I despite Mexico's coach Herrera saying everything was against Mexico and the referee is anti-Mexico. Also saying it was not fair by the FIFA to put a Portugues referee on this game, because we are from the same continent..
get real dude, what a bad loser.

Man, Costarica's goalie is the boss. 4353467 saves during 120 mins and that one in pens. First goal was little odd, goal for Greece was like "damn, not extra time, not again, fu Greece" but Costaricans whistood all that like bosses. They really deserve this - left 'group of death' at 1st place, beat Greece, which is always uncomfortable opponent - gj.

France vs. Nigeria was suprisingly quite even game for most time. But in last 20 minutes France dominated, had few great opportunities and finally scored 2:0. Deserved q-final.

AHahahaha, Germany almost out of World Cup. Algeria was hard nut to crack, but Schweinsteigers saved more energy for the last minutes.

Steel defence by Switzerland and no creativity by Argentina. But Albicelestes were attacking more and got rewarded. Gz for di Maria for cold blood at 118'. Then many many luck after that corner. Good that it didn't end up with penalties.

Would be fabulous if the red devils would win from Argentina, and we from Costa Rica :D

Although if we than would lose from Belgium, I would probably not drink your beer for a while.

Belgium - USA played 'open' football, in opposition to most 1/8-finals participants. Belgium wasted zilions of opportunities in 90 minutes, in most of which Howard just saved fat American asses. 2-1 is fair result, though it should be such after 90 minutes.

Pompi, Egglaf and me myself and I are true fans of the Belgian beer culture. Rich flavours, daring to use unexpected ingredients, the epicentre of beer all over the world. If belgians played football as well as the brew beer, they'd be world champion.
