is there any command that i can disable those nicks above players while i am on spec??

There is a CVAR (client) called "cg_spectator". Its a bitmask, set it to 1 to disable the names above.
This is only NQ >=1.2.5.
In old 1.2.3 there is only the serverside CVAR "g_spectator" with the same bitmask (means: you as client cannot disable the names)
