Sorry for the delay.. The existing process was hanging but it was still running on a different port.

All has been reset and restarted again

server was down again with the same symptom since 30.06.2025

i now added quite harsh punishment upon restarting a gameserver - aka killing old processes.
also i extended the existing monitoring(oops! i could have seen this earlier) with logic to check if 27962 and 27963 are closed/unreachable.
this should give me a hint if the server is on a wrong port.
