[HowTo] Make a complain on RapidHail

Leaving on against expectations I decided to facilitate your life and I prepared short guide for You.

Before you complain read those tips

Be clear in your mind why you are dissatisfied.
  • Was it the way you were treated?
  • A wrong decision?
  • What exactly went wrong?
Be clear in your own mind what you want to happen as a result of making a complaint.
  • Do you want an apology?
  • Do you want a different decision?
Who to complain to.
  • You should attempt to resolve your complaint directly with the parties involved
  • You should contact the relevant senior management or customer services department
  • You should contact the relevant authority or overseer
  • Finally, if all else has failed then court or arbitration services maybe the final choice.
  • Best choice is to contact with Warren-The-Ape in my opinion
What to Remember
  • Keep a record of events.
  • Keep the evidence.
  • Stay Calm.
  • Write clearly and concisely.
  • You should make an attempt to know your rights.
  • Don't give up!
  • Praise where praise is deserverd.

On [date], I noticed -=RapidHail=- at Prime Squadron Server #[1-7].

I am disappointed because your High Admin -=RapidHail=- has [not performed as he should | been wrong | been arrogant | been to gentle | been blind | been as deef as post | been in bad mood | been unahppily loved] because/and [state the problem as you understand it giving as much detail as possible].

To resolve the problem I would appreciate your [state the action you require e.g. ban, kick, mute, slap, demote, remove him from PS squad etc].

I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait for [set a time limit] before seeking help from [other Admins, Owners etc]. Please contact me via PM or via messenger [give accounts].
