1st... Viduus shoot from spawn to enemy not trying to get CP and get killed by me so I get warned ... another player told him after that that he sc... so flower tries to defend him, all hapend in italy map. Later flower stand at corner between 2 roads in 1st spawn where obj is riding and banned me for SK ... wtf!!!!???? guys ya dont watch what ya doing? maybe someone pushed U out there and U didnt so that ... but its obvious its not sk. Anyway playing sometimes with some admins is sick... ya will lose players because of High Rank of some admins...

I spawn at cp at Streets of Italy map. Axis was shooting, I shoot back (btw this is not sc becuase I was not hanging around spawn) and was bang killed by your panzer shot from a distance. Since you are not trying to get cp (and btw no HW at capturable spawn too) = sk. So I warned.

At end of map you were panzering Allies first spawn = sk = 2 day ban.
(I even thought it was a mistake from you so I waited to see if you would do it again and yes you killed a freshly spawned allies)

Simple like that.

I thought a candidate would know the rules.

Rulebook is so clear about capturing/destroying command posts, don't see any mistake in warning you.

And in the case of the ban, I didn't even move or get pushed, i was writing in console some stuff, spawned and then blowed by your rocket.

Tell us where is the admin abuse here, i don't see any

bullsht viduus... 1st i shoot out 1 or 2 persons out of spawn and 2nd i killed flower between roads and its not sk... ya all defend Youre rights cause of lvls... I wasnt only person at the server that said that... its like in real world... hand wash the hand...

I know this isn't a good proof, but anyway i wanted to post it just to clear the situation.
You can see:
- i was killed by kadz
- at the same time we were chatting between members and i was writing to ninja while i respawned
- you killed me (dunno why your HP isn't showed) and then i reacted writing to you 2 lines.
- and after all you can see yolol, admitting it was SK

I didn't move after i spawned, this is sure 100% and i am not lieing.
I think there is a reason to all this story: usually spawn is where u drow it but in that moment no: there was the jeep in the spawn area, and when this happen, players spawn a little further from there, more or less where you killed me. I am not so sure about this theory, I should test it, but i think this is the reason.
In conclusion it was SK yes, but i think maybe you got misslead by this fact

Ok, so my theory is wrong. I was trieing to find a rational reason for your SK since you are a regular and should know the rules.

Anyway you killed me right were i spawned, so for me it is clear SK wherever I was, since I didn't moved or got pushed.

EDIT: looking at diamond post it become more clear. I was in spawn. Thank you diamond for these pictures

so.... to respawn in bluboxes in front of spawn there need to be more than 10 players in allied side... prior got spawnpoints in the back. and 2nd thing to finish obj allies need to get the track inside spawn so how to fk axis should not let it finish avoiding sk?! ;/ it is all bs and ya`all know it

Honestly i would expect a more mature behaviour from you. We are telling you in every possible way that you did a mistake. We are not lieing or trying to protect each other. If you don't understand it, too bad for you.
I even tried to understand why you could have done this, giving possible reasons, but I see I wasted my time.
Last thing: no quarter 1.2.9 has some bugs with spawns, making people spawn in different "blu boxes" than usual, maybe you already noticed it.
Probably you will say again it's bs and bla bla, so I won't post anymore here.
