Is he a teammate?

Hi all! 
Player name: tralalpouetpouet or something like this. He is french and today it is the first time that such a thing happens to me. He tb and tk me. MAP: baserace --> PS#1
I can't plant landmine because only he can. When i try to plant a landmine he tb me and sometimes tk me.
I asked him why he was tb/tk me but maybe he didn't read.
Sorry for my english because i'm using a translator

seems he want to plant only landmines by himself not by others.
and i think he tk you coz you also an engineer and plant some mines.
but still no reason to do it.
try to have a word when i catch him,
els 1 of our members / admin will do
