at 300000 ??? i can make 100000 in 1 month so thats a little bit low

Reset every month or 2.
Same starting conditions for everybody. if you get resetted by a certain number of XP others could have 50k or 80k and that doesnt make it fair.

personally id say Xp save should be 1week at most (as it is) and max xp save 50000, keeps things open and ppl earnin something as opposed 2 just XP 
. The thing i dislike is ppl havin 100,000 xp, every class at lvl9 etc etc, it makes things borin. Havin players at diff skill lvls, on diff classes gives different opportunities of kills, where u dont need 2 be the best 2 kill the enemy.

i want to have some goals in my ET playing u know fun is most important but its ending and its olny a matter of time when u have to do break soo my sec obj is farm XP and i never do single break after i start playing ET (olny once that was coz police)

if u want goals buu, since it takes so much longer now 2 get class skills, i suggest u aim 2 get lvl9 with all classes b4 u reach the xp limit Or better yet, see how quickly u can get lvl9 with all classes, with the least amount of XP gained. Those kinda things to me are better goals than just whorin XP whichever way is fastest.

I think the maximum XP cap should be
50,000 XP. This is because, the higher
XP the more you loose your judgement
to tell whether teams are even. You may
end up with a 100k Medic on Allies and a
100k Engineer on Axis which both look like
they would be proficient all round 9'ers of
every class by then.
50k keeps the refresh cycle there especially
if you're still planning to use 1 month XPSAVE!
Otherwise I propose 100k Max. with 1 Week
XPSAVE so people who miss a week keep the
refresh cycle of high medium and low XP players.
Just some thoughts,
Rhythms,
