Banned for sk

HEy,
I'm sure a lot of you see me around PS servers. I just got PERMANENTLY banned on PS1 for sk. Now, I was playing Goldrush. I had been making a fair amount of kills, none actually in the spawn. Then I had one lapse of memory whilst playing and catch a guy in the spawn. You guys know I'm a regular and this is the first time I've done a thing like this. Surely a permanent ban is just too harsh?

I would be very grateful if I could be unbanned.

heh i unban u 3 sec after ban,next time remember---> spawnkilling is not allowed^^
