admin to nervous?

hello guys, my game name is tommy lee. and i am french.
So i respect always the rules, but sometimes the game admin is to nervous... why? because today i play to beta race 3 and i call arty to axis direction in the smoke, without know if it's on the axis base or not... (for me i call on the middle map) and few instant after calling i'm kiked for sk.

. without advertissement message ...

another day, another kick: i play in golden rush. i'm axis and go on the tank location (when map starting) i'm deguised to allied and smoke on this location for destabilised the allied without enter on the spawn... result: kicked for sk.

So please mister the admins be cool, follow the player if you suspect he's S killer, but dont kick in savage method, because our server is cool and it's not sympatic to be kicked when you are not a really skiller.

if i can be unbanned for play today, thanks :wink:

i olny kicked u for sk . U put arty on spawn and killed 4 people .... I;m doing olny what is in rulebook"Spawnkilling is a serious offence and will most likely result in a warn possibly followed by a kick" .Warn doesn;t works and other admin said to me to use kicks not warns for rulebreakers .don;t do that again and have fun

first of all pls use the edit button and no double posts.

i will not say something to this 2 situations because i was not there at the moment. only a few words why we act like this.
the reason why we make it is that we are finished with that SK all the time and we learned that most players dont react on a warn but they noticed a kick. furthermore is a kick not so bad. you can direct reconnect to clear the situation with that admin.

short period unbanned? noone must unban you after a kick.

i had also had something like this but not a warn
don't think admins are nervous
they don't know if you do it on purpose
understandeble i trowed arty near bridge in (forgot level name :oops:

)
with antanne turning for 10seconds
i made 3 spawnkills not on purpose of course
they said don't spawnkill and i said didn't know
and they understanded and i apoligised for it

so i don't think admins are nervous
they respecting the rules and if we do something wrong they must take actions against it
