I have some problem. Recruting is forbidden. Can't i create my own clan with friends and use Tags in PS??

Today we decided to create own clan, boy we don't wnt to recrut anybody on PS. We just want to use our tags.

Can we?

As long you aint recruiting you can wear a tag of your clan on PS.
well to solve all my problems
to get out of drugs
i'd had enough of that
i decided i was gonna'
find a new way of life
