Unban me

I've been banned for TK but I was fighting against a disguised enemy. We were 2 of us and I killed both teammate and disguised enemy. I know the rules and sometimes might happens that a shell hit a teammate. Please unban me.
It's very annoying to be banned for just an accident like this. I please you to warn at least once before ban.

No, no you're not banned !! You've just been kicked (by wumpy if I remember good 
) for TK !!
And as you maybe know a kick go with a perm ban of 30 minutes (if I also remember good )
