Winter is over (even when here it is snowing today again...), so shouldn't that christmas skin be already changed?

PS4 isn't a pure server what means that you are able to load custom/personal skinpacks, in your case that xmas skin.

Go to your etpub/ folder and look for a file called z_xmas.pk3 or something in that direction and remove the file (you could also check your etmain/ folder).
/reconnect to PS4 and the standard skins should be loaded.
