Banned, but why?

I haven't played ET on nowadays.I was on holiday.When I came back my ET was broken,I couldn't play it.Now i fixed it and its works great,but when i tried to come PS#2 I got notice: You are banned from this server.
?? I was banned ,I didnt even play on PS#2(When I installed ET again) And I still got ban ?

EDIT: Now i figured out that Im banned on PS#5 :lol:

I haven't even play on PS#5 :roll:

Enable PB. If U reinstalled it (mean ET) the PB might have turned off
