You're already banned from the server. Ban evasion means that you are banned. You came back and you're banned again. I can't help you further.

having inactive cheats in your etmain is also cheating!
and theres a rules witch every person banned if they got kicked by pb since may 1...and now its june 7

and ban evansion is almost bigger then cheating
stay out of ps1 dude or i will report your ass to your internet provider for illegal abuse!
and they will talk with your parents!
