he got no namehack, he dont have any ASCII characters, simply he got banned for name hack, but he dont have it, and because i have a wireless lan in home, im banned like him.

as damelon said, enabling (and maybe updating) your punkbuster could probably help

Look at the name; ^d ^4Booster^d, a bit strange to start and end with that color code > ^d, I heard his full name was something like ...Booster... , your brother prob used extended ascii characters or he just messed his name up. Its not a namehack, ive seen it before, let him erase his name in his config/profile en retype the name with normal characters (all the characters you can find on a normal keyboard).

The server couldnt interpret the whole name thats why its logged as; ^d ^4Booster^d but... something like this can cause jumpy crosshairs etc. at other players.
