Hmm strange, it helped Frodo (found it out by himself) I dont have anymore ideas

Just a few questions;
- did you change anything to your pc config?
- installed new software lately?
- new modem/router? What kind of modem/router do you have?
- what kind of firewall and antivirus software are you running?

apparently some old ati and nvidia drivers cause pb freezes too. i doubt you have these old drivers, but nevertheless worth a check:

Hmm...
Norton is well known for causing serious problems with PB, are you using the Norton Internet Security as well?
Perhaps its an norton update causing more 'damage' than before.
You could try to switch Norton off before starting up ET or if you are using that internet security (firewall) thingie, start digging in the config
Let ET allow all connections.
You could also try to port forward the port punkbuster is using within your router config, for more information visit; http://portforward.com/
--------------
Its a b#tchy thing, both Norton and Punkbuster are programs (ughm* would almost say viruses
) that connect with a lot of software & hardware while running
One of the reasons I dont use Norton anymore

Eey Unknown,
Yes thats normal, that just displays your pb guid and the pb version.
You got kicked for;
What is your /rate ?
What is your /cl_maxpackets ?
What is your /com_hunkmegs setting?
/rate & /cl_maxpackets
try to lower those a little bit (rate; 12500 or 6250 | /cl_maxpackets; 15 )
/com_hunkmegs
90 / 128
edit:
How much internal memory (werkgeheugen) does your pc have?

Hmm.... so memory isnt the biggest problem,
Have you tried scanning for Virusses and Ad/Spyware? (try the trial version of Spysweeper or use the free Windows Defender)
Did you tried switching off your anti virussoftware and port forwarding?
I think your problem is caused by; Norton and/or virusses, ad/spyware

Unknown I've split this topic into a seperate topic,
After reviewing the logs I found the following, you were getting kicked for;
PS2 - General PB Client Authentication Failure
PS4 - Ignoring MD5Tool Queries
- Corrupted ETkey dunno, could be
Okay 2nd try
- go to your 'pb' folder
- delete all dll files with pbbag in the filename, delete all dll files with pbcl in the filename, delete pbcl.db
- run pbweb.exe and wait untill it updated the files
- remove pbcl.dll
- download a backup pbcl.dll here and place it into your 'pb' folder
Right after that try to connect to PS1 or PS4 and see if it helps anything
-------------
edit:
Read this too especially the part about norton, zone-alarm & nvidia
