i'm pretty sure then, ur PunkPuster is disabled. Proof this and enable it when it's disabled.

How to Enable PB? wrote:
2 Methods:
1. Start ET â€“ choose â€˜Play Onlineâ€™ â€“ at the bottom right it should say â€˜Disable Punkbusterâ€™
2. Start ET â€“ bring down the console â€“ enter /pb_cl_enable

To check if PB is enabled enter /pb_ver , and it should say something like; Punkbuster Client (v.1.274) Enabled
