Ehm did you cleaned out your etmain folder and accidentally deleted some of the original ET pk3's perhaps?

hmmmm i dleted some files but still not work i dalete only pk3 with size < 3mb i dont take dll files now i try reinstal game mayby help....

If you deleted one of the pak*.pk3 files (pak0, pak1, pak2) then you could better reinstall ET.
Those pak's contain all the source files from ET and are always needed.

p.s. make sure you save your 'etkey' I dont know if you want to keep your levels?

yes i will do copy of etkeyand profiles my funny commands:) but now i will download newest version of all mods like noqu..
