Missing/Corrupted Windows API Function 131144 error FIX

Since some month i've got that error...very boring one, kicking you randomly from time to time.
Finally here is a method to fix it.

suggestion... upgrade your gfx driver... or return to old version....
probably the problem cease... if problem stay try with motherboard drivers in past i was kicked (cause MB)almost for 1 year..bye
