maybe you guys/girls have something about this 
[a] - last person who gave you ammo
[d] - last person who killed you
[h] - last person who gave you health
[k] - last person you killed
[l] - your current location
[n] - your name
[r] - last person who revived you
[p] - teammate you are pointing at
[s] - your health
[w] - weapon you are currently holding
[t] - ammo for current weapon
/bind a say [a] thanks for the ammo m8
example NightMare! thanks for the ammo m8
/bind d say damm you got me [d]
example damm you got me NightMare!
/bind h say [h] thanks for the health m8
example NightMare! thanks for the health m8
/bind k say i got you there!! [k]
example i got you there!! NightMare!
/bind l say quick come over here im at [l]!!
example quick come over here im at a1!!
/bind n say hey guys [n] in tha house!
example Hey guys NightMare! in tha house
/bind r say [r] thanks for the revive m8
example NightMare! thanks for the revive m8
/bind p say hello, [p]
example hello, NightMare!
/bind s say i need health only got [s] left!!
example i need health i only got 20 left!!
/bind w say im shooting you guys with a [w]
example im shooting you guys with a thompson
/bind t say i only got [t] ammo for my gun left please give me some ammo
example i only got 10 ammo for my gun left please give me some ammo
you can combine things aswell like
/bind i say i owned you with my [w] and i still got [s] hp left
example i owned you with my thompson and i still got 110 hp left
/bind m say i need ammo i only got [t] bullets left i am at [I] !!
example i need ammo i only got 11 bullets left i am at a1 !!
you can use sounds also like
/bind y vsay hello [p], how are you doing ?
example hello NightMare!, how are you doing ? (you hear the sound hallo or hello or hi)

here are all of them together
[dw] = the last weapon you got killed with
[kw] = the last weapon you killed with
[ks] = your health at the moment you killed the last player
[ln] = your current location (location name, l is coordinates)
[a] - last person who gave you ammo
[d] - last person who killed you

how can i do automatically /bind x vsay cheer I got *** HP left when i owned ya.
How can i do make it automatically work if i kill someone
