Prime-Squadron File uploader running!

Postby landser » Sat Jan 16, 2010 21:53

After being sick of waiting for rapidshare to start my download I started Prime-Squadrons own file sharing application.

upload your demo's under this link: http://free-gameserver.com/uploads/

after you uploaded the file, you will get a direct link to your file.

A quick link to the file uploader can be found on the right side of the page in the User Info block;

PS File Uploader rules:

You can upload everything you want besides copyrighted stuff like movies and music.
All files will be autodeleted after 180 days and not ET related files might be deleted earlier if bandwidth / space has to be saved.
Demos successfully approved as showing cheaters will be moved to our cheater directory under littledick

if you notice any problems or got suggestions / questions: post it ;)

This is a good idea, thanks. But I had a question related to watching demo's.
Is it possible to change the keys for speed up/down, etc..?

Good idea this own uploader whitout delays.

There is however also an program that makes you able to download rapidshare downloads immediatly. But if you dont want this program or just dont have it this is a real good solution.

thnx landser.

PS: I also noticed the names from the uploads, maybe its an good idea to rename the demo's before uploading so we know what it is about:

Example: Wallhack-Deatheater-PS1-18-Jan-goldrush.dm_84

something like that

<icy> seems a guy i know from seeing gave it to me on the mens toilet

To have that just do /record wallhack-deatheater....
It will rename the demo as you putted it behind /record.

Thx landser, will check out. :)

Ok i dont know if it was happend before at some of u guys.

but seconde argo i want to upload a demo that ive put into rar file.
13mb big. of the total 30mb storage (so i saw).

when i search for the file and press upload.
the page is loading so (guess its uploading) after awile it stop and the page get refreshed instead redirected to other page with the download url and delete url.

it happend 1 time when i press backspace it seems i get the correct page.
but when i go to index again i see the file is uploaded but has 0kb

dunno if i did something wrong or there is a bit downtime in the upload but for more atm it didnt work as it should be.
