WEBSITE BACK ONLINE - [Backup Restored]

Hello Hello everybody,

You may have noticed that the website was not functioning very well at some point in the late afternoon (circa. 3 o'clock GMT +1).
Almost all pages were offline displaying a SQL database error.


What Happened?
Currently the website still runs at the old server root (see the story on the homepage about "the new root server").

In short;
- the diskspace at the root was almost full (at a critical low level)
- because of this, new data from the forum couldnt be saved into the forum database
- this caused a database error > and parts of the database became corrupted

At the moment everything is working fine again and a 5 day old backup is restored.
Unfortunately data (posts & topics) from those last 5 days couldnt be saved


A big thanx to Old-Owl & Landser for solving the problem and restoring the database

Jup, the database was crashed and seriously damaged due to hard disk failure,
i had to restore it with the last backup i've made in 14-02-2007.
