ban him i dont see the demo but if he is cheater then u need first to warn then to ban read !rulebook

uni0n isnt admin so he cant ban, and cheaters are never warned, cheaters are banned perm and never unbanned.

hope landser can get his guid or something from server log and add him manually to the banlist.
