pb was on... looks like a wallhack maybe an aimbot too but i could be wrong.

Bio called me. I went there to have a look. I couldnt be sure if he cheats, but banned him for SK anyway (as long as I can tempban with 9999999999999).

You could have a look, if he used cheats you can make this ban perm.
