Binds:
A bind is a command for ET who can permit u to send personals messages like : "h3ll0 p3opl3", ... etc with only press a key
You can find all keys you can use for youre binds command at the end of this tutorial.

For making simple binds, it's easy! Try it! ;).
Copy & Paste it in ur console =)

Well if you wanna do the hard way then :P.
First, open your notepad and test next examples like that :

Write a long message just with the key "k"
/bind "[Your choice of key]" "[Vsay, Vsay_team etc] [Your msg]"
EXAMPLE: /bind "k" "say H3ll0 all p3opl3 0f w0lf3n$t3!n"
RESULT : H3ll0 all p3opl3 0f w0lf3n$t3!n
If u write this, all next time you'll press the key "k", the message will be show ^^

Write a message with sound
/bind "[Your choice of key]" "[Vsay,Vsay_team etc] [cheer , holdyourfire etc] [Your msg]"
EXAMPLE: /bind "m" "vsay DisarmDynamite S0m30n3 k!ll m3. pl3a$3 r3v!v3 m3"
RESULT : S0m30n3 k!ll m3. pl3a$3 r3v!v3 m3 (with background sound "Disarm the dynamite !")

Write a message with a text shortcut
/bind "[Your choice of key]" "[Vsay, Vsay_team etc] [You msg]"
EXAMPLE: /bind "s" "say gr3at $h0t t0 y0u : [d]"
RESULT : gr3at $h0t t0 y0u (Last player's name who killed you)
For exemple, [d] is the LAST player who killed you.

You can if you wish, combinate the examples I showed you up :
Write a message with a text shortcut and a sound
/bind "[Your choice of key]" "[Command vsay , vsay_team etc] [Type of sound, Like Cheer, holdyourfire etc] [Your msg]"
EXAMPLE: /bind "j" "vsay Cheer Y3ah ! i k!ll3d y0u : [k]"
RESULT : Y3ah ! i k!ll3d y0u [Last player you killed] (with background sound "Yeah !")
For exemple, [k] is the LAST player you killed.

HOW TO LOAD MY BINDS INTO WOLFENSTEIN ET ?

After having written youre commands into a .cfg file (for exemple, name it : "my_binds.cfg"),
you must load it into Wolfenstein.
For that, open the game and when you are connected on a server, open your console (press the key "§")
and write this : /exec my_binds.cfg
You must view an information message like that : execing my_binds.cfg (showing operation is success ^^)

You can now press all keys you defined as a bind :)

Colors in names?:
Some of people doesnt know how to get colors in your own name.
Those people only have seen colors in other people's names :P.
If you want colors in your name just type ^ and your choice of letter/number.

Huge lag?

Well All I can do to help you with your lag is this:

Type in to console
/rate 25000
/cl_maxpackets 100
/snaps 40
/cl_packetdup 1 ( Would help a bit too )
or just copy them from another player by doing /players
in your console.

More important words and their meanings:

SK : Spawnkill , definately not allowed ; Going in to the spawn and frag people down, Or even throwing nades there :(

SC : Spawncamping , definately not allowed too ; Camping in own spawn and shooting from there too?

Farming : Throwing med packs/ammo packs inside own spawn goal is to get medic/ammunation lvl up.

SP : Spawnpassing , going through enemy spawn.

Name/Tag Stealing : Using the same name as another player currently on the server/Wearing the -|PS|-(or any) tag without a Prime Squadron Member status .

TK : Teamkill , killing your teammate for no reason. On purpose or not.

TB : Teambleeding , Hurting your teammates for no reason. On purpose or not.

For newbies:
1.Tactic
When u fall in battle 1 on 1 (or 1 on 2 or smth) I suggest u always to use one adrenaline syrnige then u have move left and right (A and D) fastest as u can, U have to aim in the head or more if ur accuration is not good in the body, BUT NOT IN THE LEGS (cuz u will never kill anyone Wink )

2.Tactic
When u do the first tactic i suggest u to aim only in one place.

3.Tactic
When u fell in battle 1 on 1 try to get behind ur enemy.

Those are my three tactics when I fell in battle 1 on 1.

Tips:
1.Tip
Always after battle reload ur weapon.It's recommended if u want to have a success in ur killing career

I don't remember other tactics.I will post some other if i come up with smth

Tactics for ladders e.g.

Long ladder: let lose of the ladder. fall down alonside and shortly before the ground grab the ladder again.

Enemy on ladder under you: Let loose of the ladder and jumpon enemys´ head = kill

enemy on short ladder you on the ground at the upper end of the ladder: Always stand that he enemy cant see/shoot you and if he climbs up you can kill him easily.

Uhm this is pretty useless, most stuff is in the PS faq and the other stuff is different on every server/mod so.... i am sorry but not that useful.

are you sure knife back damage is always 101hp or does it only count after retaining X levels with covert ops? :?

Its easy - once is how u know it :P or just use the bindmaker vol2

I suggest to post some tactics, tricks and tips for newbies and for the progressive one :P

For newbies:
1.Tactic
When u fall in battle 1 on 1 (or 1 on 2 or smth) I suggest u always to use one adrenaline syrnige then u have move left and right (A and D) fastest as u can :) U have to aim in the head or more if ur accuration is not good in the body, BUT NOT IN THE LEGS (cuz u will never kill anyone ;) )

2.Tactic
When u do the first tactic i suggest u to aim only in one place.

3.Tactic
When u fell in battle 1 on 1 try to get behind ur enemy.

Those are my three tactics when I fell in battle 1 on 1.

Tips:
1.Tip

Always after battle reload ur weapon.It's recommended if u want to have a success in ur killing career :P

I don't remember other tactics.I will post some other if i come up with smth :P

I want to see Damelon's tactics :D

Tactics for ladders e.g.

Long ladder: let lose of the ladder. fall down alonside and shortly before the ground grab the ladder again.

Enemy on ladder under you: Let loose of the ladder and jumpon enemys´ head = kill

enemy on short ladder you on the ground at the upper end of the ladder: Always stand that he enemy cant see/shoot you and if he climbs up you can kill him easily.

    A bind is a command for ET who can permit u to send personals messages like : "h3ll0 p3opl3", ... etc with only press a key
    You can find all keys you can use for youre binds command at the end of this tutorial.

    I.) HOW MAKE BINDS ?

    First, open your notepad and test next examples like that :

    I.1) Write a long message just with the key "k"
    SYNTAX : /bind "[KEY]" "[COMMAND] [YOUR_MESSAGE]"
    EXAMPLE: /bind "k" "say H3ll0 all p3opl3 0f w0lf3n$t3!n"
    RESULT : H3ll0 all p3opl3 0f w0lf3n$t3!n
    If u write this, all next time you'll press the key "k", the message will be show ^^

    I.2) Write a message with sound
    SYNTAX : /bind "[KEY]" "[COMMAND] [TYPE_OF_SOUND] [YOUR_MESSAGE]"
    EXAMPLE: /bind "m" "vsay DisarmDynamite S0m30n3 k!ll m3. pl3a$3 r3v!v3 m3"
    RESULT : S0m30n3 k!ll m3. pl3a$3 r3v!v3 m3 (with background sound "Disarm the dynamite !")
    You can find the list of all sounds at the end of this tutorial

    I.3) Write a message with a text shortcut
    SYNTAX : /bind "[KEY]" "[COMMAND] [YOUR_MESSAGE]"

    RESULT : gr3at $h0t t0 y0u : LAST_PLAYER_WHO_KILLED_YOU

    RESULT : Y3ah ! i k!ll3d y0u : LAST_PLAYER_YOU_KILLED (with background sound "Yeah !")

    II.) HOW LOAD MY BINDS INTO WOLFENSTEIN ET ?

    After having written youre commands into a .cfg file (for exemple, name it : "my_binds.cfg"),
    you must load it into Wolfenstein.
    For that, open the game and when you are connected on a server, open your console (press the key "²")
    and write this : /exec my_binds.cfg
    You must view an information message like that : execing my_binds.cfg (showing operation is success ^^)

    You can now press all keys you defined as a bind :)

with making binds , How do you copy your bind into console?
Or FROM what do you copy your bind?

u dont have to copy binds into console if u use config for that

open notepad (if u are using linux or mac dunno what it is then)
and write something like:

bind f3 "vsay needengineer ^1W^3e ^8n^3e^8e^3d ^8a ^1N^3i^8n^3j^8a^3d^8e^3e^8r^3!"

save that file with name myconfig.cfg and place it to etmain and noquarter folders. the open your et, open console and type: /exec myconfig.cfg . Press f3 and it says:

We need a Ninjadeer :D

heyy,

i can't upload my notepad with binds to et!! :(

Can you only put 1 bind per notepad? I opened a notepad and placed several binds in it. Then tried uploading it but it's not working...

problem is that your notepad doesnt save those files to .cfg (mine doesnt either)....

i fixed mine problem with using this program: http://returntocastlewolfenstein.filefr ... aker;45436

with that you can make easily binds and otherr settings :)
