Postby DMG_Kowi » Wed Dec 18, 2013 19:21

Just yesterday assembled my new PC:
motherboard: AsRock Z87 Extreme 4
cpu: Intel Core i5 4670K
gpu: GeForce 770GTX
ram: Corsair DDR3 2x4GB 1600MHz CL9.0 XMP Vengeance LP
hard drive: Seagate SSHD 2TB (8GB SSD)
power supply: OCZ ZT 750W
case: Zalman Z9 Plus
cpu cooler: SilentiumPC Spartan PRO HE924
dvd drive: Samsung SH-224

Crysis 3 runs smoothly on 1920x1080 with highest settings.

So it was a good time when we're playing ET together, I'll miss the old time when I kick your ass. Now you will be busy to play other new games and your hardware will cease to support as an old game that is ET. okok your PC specifications looks really good how much you spend on it ?

Seagate SSHD is just normal HDD (2TB in my case), but it has an additional SSD memory (8GB) - all as a one device, which looks like a normal HDD. The trick is that the drive itself 'learns' which files on your HDD are used most often and stores them on it's internal SSD memory. No need to install any software or configure anything. It's not the same as having separate SSD drive, but speeds up few things (like Windows boot time) in comparison to normal HDD.

Well I resigned from buying HDD + SSD combo, cause anyway I've spent a lot on this PC.
