Banned for SK

WEll recently i've been playing on PS #1 server
My nickname is J!Rush
I was playing as a covert op on the allied team on Sands of time
I noticed other covert op of my team (a PS member) kill someone in the spawn, so i thought that THAT was allowed, so i did the same and *poof* off i go...
How come that PS member DIDNT get banned whilst I got banned instantly?

the PS member who spawnkilled is boemerang..he is warned allready next banned..
about you..i ban you for spawnkilling with knife...boem is only hitting a spawn ( + 1 kill allready got warned ) but you made a nice spawnkill with knife on afk players..
you saw im started to banning ppl for spawnkilling so thats a warning to dont do it!
next time the ban stay longer time
/unbanned.
/locked.
