fefe. I've had this before.

The solution isn't in drivers. Sadly I must inform you it wont work unless you know how to edit binary codes and are willing to spend hours of work modifying your drivers dll. Not to mention the danger of messing up your PC with a single error.

The problem is that ET uses old libraries. Your graphics card doesn't support them. I guess you have some newer GC?

More info would help. Perhaps I may be wrong, and if you provide me with more informations I can look into it and help you.

In the meanwhile try this:
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia ... rect.shtml

EDIT: Did you edit any graphics settings in ET? Does vanilla (original ET-no changes) work? Because this is mostly caused by tinkering with configs....

I had this problem too, it was caused by some stupid 3rd party drivers not being removed and the system thought those were my opengl drivers..

so this problem can be caused by multiple things.

Fefe, driver means your grapics card driver. Nvidea->DL from nvidea homepage. ATI-> Download from ATI homepage.

I had it to.. it's easy
Just install one of the follow drivers.

GeForce 4 Ti 4600
GeForce 4 MX
GeForce 3
GeForce 2 Ultra
GeForce 2 MX
GeForce256
Radeon 8500/64
Radeon 7200/64
Radeon 9700 Pro/128
Xabre 400

When you have installed it, then you just restart your computer and done.

lazy-lion might be right. The drivers could install the missing files.

And I am sorry about your XP :( . I hadn't tried the program, I just found it on google. And since it was on a respectable site I thought it might work. Sorry.
