It's very funny when you understand it, make sure you read the manual! (start FBIde ->Help -> __ )

Some basic cmd's are:

Print (e.g. Print "Hello World! " writes "hello world"
Sleep (makes the program sleep until a key is pressed)
Locate x,y

etc..
