hehe, its not stupid,
It shows players the rules once again, ye youre an PS admin but like you say you don't got all the cmds, but better to post it at the mf, or contact another admin online trough Xfire or just search eachother on the servers;)
Anyway these kind of post are really for the players , but you realized it soon enough , hehe.

Ja Qwerty , not a stupid post at all, and have no hesitation when u want know somethin, me and all other admins and members are here to help 
. About this dude, the next time he try to contact you about, explain him simply and in cool way that recruting is not allowed in our servers, in mainchat and in private neither and he risk a ban for this stuffs. He will probably undertsnad and stop, if no just do another screenshot and we will resolve the probelm .
