FunWar #Summer Edition - Coming August 14th & 15th

Prime Squadron FunWar #Summer Edition will start on:

Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th of August 2010

Teamleaders decide about everything in teams and you have to refer to them for any details

Squads:

PS1 Squad [Official Topic]
PS2 Squad [Official Topic]
PS3 Squad [Official Topic]
PS5 Squad [Official Topic]

FW #Summer Edition will be played on ETpro in Stopwatch mode and nopb5 config.

Teams will be 5 players per team. It's allowed to have reserve guys. Each team consists PS members + regulars players from our servers. Team lists will be taken up to date by team leaders on each FW team topics.

1 hour before FW, each leader have to update list of players and reserve. Only players from list can play! Players that are signed in more then one team will be disqualified from both.

In one match 2 teams have to choose different maps.

Wars will be played on two FunWar servers especially set up for the FW. Both server's IP and password will be given to every team members by their team leader. Of course You can train on them until the FunWar #Summer Edition begin.

Don't share IP/password of war servers to anyone!!

Mappool:

Supply
Radar
Frostbite
SW Goldrush
Adlernest
Braundorf B4
Bremen
ET Ice
ET beach
Delivery

Each team can choose a map (from mappool) they want to play. If match end in a draw, 3rd map will be choosen by cointoss.

Rules:
General PS rules aren't in effect during the FunWar. You can spawn kill, spawn camp, selfkill in fight, farm etc.

Only connection settings are the same for everyone:

Maxpackets 100 - /cl_maxpackets 100
Rate 25000 - /rate 25000
Timenudge 0 - /cl_timenudge 0
Snaps 20 - /snaps 20

Be sure to set them like above. Referees will check every player settings before the beginning of the match.

A number of players may be replaced by substitutes during the match between team's official members and reservists. You can pause the match with command /pause written into console or ask the referee to make it. Only 2 pauses are per team and per round are allowed.

During the war only the fighting team's members are allowed to be on the server.

Match have to start maximum 10 minutes after the specified time in Fight Plan. If team don't have enough players, they play with what they have or they have to forfeit.

Using pause-bug on the supply map shall result in a win of the enemy team.

Anyone who doesn't belong to them will be kicked out by referee. Make sure you're signed-up in your Server Team Topic before connecting to the game for a war.

Hello Soldiers!

It's always nice to have some funwar, and it's even better in the holidays. So it's a good idea from Milday and Mr Blackjack Cool

. August is nice, near the end of the vacation, so everyone should have returned from holidays etc. But I still have 1 question. On which times will there be played, or am I too early with that question or is the schedule still in its beginning fase?

Maybe use SLAC for this 5on5 funwar + 5on5 nopb cfg?
Would be more safe though.

Perhaps like usual since 17-18. We have to wait for teams, still don't know how much of them will play.

Well, actually its being made by only one person chaplja (ex-cheat coder) paid by speedlink org. but you never know... its not even fully released and works on windows only, linux on their way.

It took me exactly 2 minutes to set it up, all you need to do is DL a 300 kb file, register which is made so easy and launch the exe. Linux users don't need slac.
